This Shipping Policy describes how we handle order processing, lead times, logistics options, and delivery for global customers.


🚚 Order Processing & Lead Time

Sample Orders 3–7 business days
Small Wholesale Orders 7–15 business days
Customized / OEM / Project Orders 15–35 business days (depending on specifications)

🌍 Shipping Methods

We ship globally from Guangdong, China through multiple logistics partners.

Available shipping methods:

        Express couriers (DHL / FedEx / UPS / Aramex)

        Air freight (airport to airport or door to door)

        Sea freight (LCL / FCL, port to port or door to door)

        DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to selected countries

        Special line logistics (USA / EU / Middle East)

📌 We will recommend the most cost-effective solution based on your destination, project size, and delivery deadline.


🛃 Customs & Import Duties

        Buyers are responsible for local customs duties and import taxes unless DDP service          is quoted.

        DDP options are available for selected regions; please contact us to confirm availability.


💡 Shipping Fees

Shipping cost is calculated based on:

         Order weight & volume

         Destination country

         Delivery method requested

🔍 Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive:

         Tracking number

         Logistic channel & carrier name

         Estimated delivery timeline

Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days depending on the carrier.


❗️Delayed / Lost Shipments

If your package is delayed or lost:

         Contact us at sales@lumilink.lighting

         Provide order number and tracking code

         We will coordinate with the carrier and update you promptly

 We are not responsible for delays caused by:

        Customs clearance

        Force majeure / uncontrollable events

        Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer


💰 Refunds

Refunds are issued under these conditions:

✔ Confirmed product defects  
✔ Shipping damage (with proof)  
✔ Incorrect product sent  

After verification, we will:

- Offer replacement  
- Or issue a partial / full refund depending on the situation  

Customers may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving the goods. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

📌 Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

- Customized / OEM products  
- Used or installed products  
- Orders exceeding agreed production specifications  
- Non-quality related issues

All products are packed with export-grade packaging.

For engineering projects, we can provide:

         Reinforced packaging

         Pallet packing (optional)

         Labeling or shipment marking (on request)
