Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days depending on stock availability and customization requirements.
For OEM/ODM or project-based orders, lead time will be confirmed with the client before invoicing.

We provide flexible logistics based on order type and destination:
- Express: DHL / UPS / FedEx (small volume, samples)
- Air Freight: door-to-airport / door-to-door options
- Sea Freight: FOB / CIF / DDP available upon request
- Railway / Truck (EU & Russia applicable)
Final method will be recommended based on your project size, budget, and delivery deadline.

📑 Customs & Taxes
Import duties and taxes are responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

🔍 Tracking
Tracking number or freight bill will be provided once the shipment is dispatched.
Tracking updates may require 2–5 business days after departure depending on carrier.
📦 Large / Project Orders
For bulk or project shipments, please provide:
- Destination port / delivery address
- Preferred Incoterm (FOB / CIF / DDP)
- Required delivery deadline
