Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days depending on stock availability and customization requirements.
For OEM/ODM or project-based orders, lead time will be confirmed with the client before invoicing.


🚚 Shipping Methods

We provide flexible logistics based on order type and destination:

  • Express: DHL / UPS / FedEx (small volume, samples)
  • Air Freight: door-to-airport / door-to-door options
  • Sea Freight: FOB / CIF / DDP available upon request
  • Railway / Truck (EU & Russia applicable)

Final method will be recommended based on your project size, budget, and delivery deadline.

💰 Shipping Fees

Shipping cost is calculated based on:

  • Order volume (CBM / weight)
  • Destination country
  • Chosen shipping method
  • Trade term (EXW / FOB / CIF / DDP)

📑 Customs & Taxes

Import duties and taxes are responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service is available for certain countries — please confirm with our sales team.


🔍 Tracking

Tracking number or freight bill will be provided once the shipment is dispatched.
Tracking updates may require 2–5 business days after departure depending on carrier.


📦 Large / Project Orders

For bulk or project shipments, please provide:

  • Destination port / delivery address
  • Preferred Incoterm (FOB / CIF / DDP)
  • Required delivery deadline
