3. Orders
Your purchase or inquiry is considered an offer.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, especially involving:

Unverified business identities
Bulk/contract orders without a confirmed PI (Proforma Invoice)

Present yourself as our factory or legal subsidiary

8. Warranty & Liability
Warranty terms vary based on product type and PO agreement.
Unless otherwise specified:
Standard products: 6–12 month warranty
OEM/custom products: project-based agreement
We are not responsible for:
Damage from incorrect installation
Use with non-compatible accessories
Local electrical standards non-compliance
Third-party installation or contractor errors
9. Termination
We may refuse service or cancel orders if:
Fraud or misuse is suspected
Payment is not completed
Business identity cannot be verified
Technical compliance cannot be achieved
10. Governing Law
These Terms follow the laws of UK unless otherwise contractually agreed.
